Healthy food is important for good health.

            u    Your food should comprise grains, pulses, fruits, vegetables and


                 milk.

            u    Eat seasonal fruits, like oranges and

                 grapes in winter and watermelon

                 and mangoes in summer.

            u    Eat to your appetite.


            u    Avoid snacks.

            u    Avoid the food kept in open.


            u    Avoid the food kept in dirty places.


            If you are active, you will be healthy and smart.

            u    Get up early in the morning.


            u    Play games.

            u    Do Yoga and physical exercise.


            u    Help your mother and father in small works.


            u    Don’t watch television for long.

            u    Never touch the mobile phone.


            u    Go to bed early.
