We need several types of goods and services. There are different
types of services in the neighbourhood. We can get different goods
and services from them. Here are some important services.
Market
A market has many shops which sell things and services. We can
buy different things from the shops like chocolate, cake, vegetables,
fruits, stationery, books, sweets, garments, shoes, medicine, petrol
etc. We can also get several services from there, like haircutting,
repair of vehicles and machines, medical examination, stitching of
clothes and the like.
In big cities, you can find malls, super bazaars and cooperative
stores. In villages, there are held weekly markets where traders
gather
gather together to sell their wares.
Post Office
A post office is a very important service. When we want to send a
letter, we go there. It helps us send letters and parcels to other
places. We can also buy postcards, letters and envelopes from
there.
